The SOAK Creative team decided that the first step to grow brand awareness and generate more leads, was to streamline Fifth Avenue Lifestyle’s brand messaging. Their messaging needed to convey who their company was now, not what it had been. Fifth Avenue Lifestyle needed language and imagery that clearly differentiated their product from co-working offices and hire-a-chair arrangements.
SOAK planned to release this modified messaging through a comprehensive marketing strategy, utilising multiple channels of engagement, including Google Ads, social media, print and a newsletter.
